Describe a useful object in your home that you can’t live without

What is it?

Bluetooth speakers are one of the gadgets I use most frequently at home. They are one of the most important objects for me. My day feels incomplete without them.

How long have you had it?

Since my brother knew how much I love listening to music and dancing to it, he gifted me this speaker on my 18th birthday, which was three years ago. It has worked quite well to date due to its amazing quality.

What can you do with it?

Generally, I use speakers to listen to loud music while I am alone at home and during my morning workout. Music is something I adore listening to. I listen to many kinds of music, including devotional, melodic, folk, etc.

How often do you use it?

Since I am waiting for the process to enrol in university abroad and have completed my bachelor’s studies, I currently remain at home most of the time. So, while at home, I spend most of my day in my room, listening to music on this Bluetooth speaker that I connect to my phone. Music is a calming sound for me and helps me relax.

And explain why you cannot live without it.

I can listen to songs while using it, which helps me feel relaxed. It helps me pass the time when I feel bored and alone. While using the speaker, I dance in my room occasionally. Songs have the power to alter our mood. Even my mother uses this speaker to listen to old music while working from home occasionally.

Conclusion

The sound produced by Bluetooth speakers and phone speakers is not the same. There are more sound effects in them. Music lifts our spirits and makes us feel happier, and it is quite an important object for me.

Describe a useful object in your home that you can’t live without cue card - sample answer 2

Introduction

Certain things become necessities in every home for our day-to-day existence. We could find it difficult to go about our everyday lives without them. There is something in my home as well that I cannot live without.

What is it?

My water bottle is the one item I cannot live without in my house. It's a 4-litre copper bottle with an aesthetic design. Its litre markings, which run from top to bottom, set it apart from conventional water bottles. Moreover, since it is made up of copper, it is safe for the environment and human health.

How long have you had it?

I've had it for the past six months. I bought it back during Diwali shopping. My mother and I went to a crockery shop at a nearby supermarket, where I saw this bottle, and I immediately got attracted to it.

What can you do with it? / How often do you use it?

I use it frequently. I drink water from it as soon as I wake up every day. After that, I use it all day at my workplace, so I bring it with me. Basically, it remains at my side all day and all night.

And explain why you cannot live without it.

I consider this bottle to be my lifesaver at the moment. Since I used to drink very little water, I frequently got dehydrated. So, to treat my dehydration, I drank the recommended quantity of water from this bottle. Since it is an aesthetic bottle, I am quite fond of it.

The markings on this item allow me to keep track of how much water I have drank, which is another reason I can't live without it. Drinking the right amount of water helped me achieve good skin and body, which is crucial in today's polluted world.

Conclusion

Therefore, this is one of the objects in my house without which my day doesn't start.

Q: Is it healthy to get attached to an object?

A: Attachment to an object can have both beneficial and detrimental effects on a person's well-being. However, an overreliance on material items for enjoyment and fulfilment can result in dependency, impede personal growth, and weaken resilience.

Q: Name a  few electronic appliances that can be found in almost every l Indian household.

A: Every home in India has access to a large variety of technological appliances. Water heaters, refrigerators, washing machines, ceiling fans, and cell phones are examples of electronic appliances.

Q: What are the benefits of the Internet at home?

A: There are numerous advantages to having internet access at home. Thanks to the internet, you and your family can watch movies on your smart TV together. Q: Do household appliances make people lazy?

A: There might be some disagreement on the response to this question. Although there is no denying that home appliances have greatly increased our comfort, some could claim that they have also led to a rise in laziness. Those who are in favour of this argument tend to be elderly folks who are used to doing things manually. Although, a lazy lifestyle may have been influenced by some technology, such as remote-controlled devices. People are becoming less active and more dependent on electronics, which makes them sluggish. Heart attack, diabetes, and obesity cases have increased as a result of these inactive lifestyles. For those who depend heavily on home equipment, doctors advise engaging in physical activity.
