The UK announces big changes for International students arriving after July 19.
All travellers from green and amber list countries coming after 19th July with complete vaccine certificates will no longer require quarantine in the U.K. However, travellers must carry their 2 days prior test report. All children below 18 are not required the vaccine certificate in order to study in the U.K

All passengers need to fill their passenger health locator form which will give UKVI officers information about the current vaccination status of the passenger.
Students who wish to travel to UK for their upcoming september 2021 intake are advised to take their vaccine before travelling to the U.K
Students from red list countries have to go through a hotel quarantine of 10 days. However, if students wish to avoid paying this handsome amount of hotel quarantine they can first travel to a red list or amber list country as per their convenience. The U.K only considers you traveler of the country where you have stayed in last 2 weeks before flying to the U.K
