How much refund of university fees will possible in case of visa refusal from Canada?

If visa is refused, 100% fees is refundable but candidate have to inform to college a university within time period frame. May be some application OR Administration charges will deduct as have to study and read the refund policy thoroughly. Refund policy is differ from college to college and University to university.
