Australian universities accept admission applications twice a year, one in July and the other in February. The February intake of Australia is known as the primary intake, whereas the July intake is known as the secondary intake. Students would be able to find almost all possible courses for admission in February. However, they may or may not find a few courses for admission at Australian universities in July.
Usually, the July intake of Australia begins in February and ends around April of that year. Once the applicant gets their admission confirmation, they must begin applying for their student visas and complete the formalities. Hence, students should be able to apply early to the University of choice and not wait until the last minute.
Australia Intakes
Universities in Australia enrol students in two intakes, one is in February, and the other is in July. The February intake of Australia admits students maximum by March, and its admission process ends by the last week of October or the start of November of the previous year. Whereas the July intake of Australia admits students maximum by the June end.
The applications for the July intake of Australia close by the April end or the start of May.
