Hello friends,
Today we will talk about the recent updates in the UK and also about the news on admission for May and September Intake 2022. Knowing these updates is necessary because there have been some changes in the admission process. These changes weren’t there earlier but after 2019, when the UK launched the 2-year PSW scheme, the demands in universities in the UK have increased and the seats in the universities have reduced.
So, students are advised that when they are applying for admission in any university in the UK, they shouldn’t apply to only one university. They should apply to at least 2-3 universities. This is for a simple reason that if a student fails to get an admission in a particular university, they’ll always have a backup option in case they have applied for any other university(s).
Applying in a single university in the UK and hoping to get an admission here is a massive mistake which shouldn’t be committed, especially during the May and September intake when there are a limited number of seats for admission. There have been cases where university issues 1800 offer letters but only accepts 1200 students. As a result, the remaining 600 landed into trouble. Don’t be a part of the leftovers! Apply in 3 universities together at least to boost your chances of admission in the upcoming intakes.
The other most important thing you need to remember is that one must prepare themselves thoroughly for the interview to ensure they get the offer letter. A sound interview can guarantee an admission and thereby a VISA, so get yourself well-prepared to face the interview.
There are a few education counselors online who can assist you in preparing for the interview, so you can consult them.
One other thing to remember is that there is a difference in maintenance funds between the UK and outside. The maintenance fund isn’t valid in your current account; it should be in your savings account. Moreover, such funds should be at least 28 days old. Also, you can show these maintenance funds in the accounts of your parents and students. This fund can’t be shown in any other accounts.
UK Student Visa Application Process:
You can apply for a UK Student Visa up to six months before the start of your studies if you live outside of the UK. Start the online application process before visiting a Visa Application Center in your country and submitting your biometrics to the UK Government.
Once you've been offered a spot in the program, the school will send you a letter with a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies. During the online registration process, this number must be provided. After submitting your online application, you will either receive instructions specific to your country of residence or not receive any further information at all. A parent or guardian's permission is required for a Child Student Visa application.
The UK presents a lot of opportunities at present for Indian students to complete a professional degree successfully and settle there.
That’s all we have for now. Thank you!
