1. Free flight program is set up to encourage students to study abroad through Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
2. All applicants who have applied to study abroad in the U.K, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, or the USA can make a free flight application.
3. Chosen Candidate must provide proof of enrollment and will be eligible to reimburse an amount of a maximum of 30K in return for their flight ticket.
4. Students will be thoroughly asked for their university application process and must provide all correct details.
5. I assure that all the documents submitted by me to Meridean Overseas Education Consultants for the processing of my application including but not limited to my academic result, identification proof, financial statement are genuine and legally valid.
6. I with my consent, in my complete senses, affirm that Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. alone shall a Students will be thoroughly asked for their university application process and must provide all correct details.ct as agent on my behalf for my admission into appropriate educational institution. I also agree that the services of any other agents or similar organizations used would be taken as void and the responsibility of my admittance to an educational institution will be solely performed by Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
7. I understand and acknowledge that I have to arrange for and submit all my documents. Under no circumstance I can hold Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. To be liable to arrange for or create any of my documents, whatsoever.
8. I understand that the decision of my acceptance or rejection to any university is solely the universities decision and Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held liable for denial of my admittance to any university or country.
9. I agree to the clause that the processing/ enrolment fee paid for the admission into a university or country is non refundable amount in any circumstances. I know of applying for abroad education through Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Company includes the throughout service provided by the consultants from admission to visa processing. So, they are liable to keep the processing fee payment for my application.
10. I authorize Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to share and retain my entire original/ photo copy of documents required during the college application procedures. I also confirm that I authorize Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to share and retain photo copies of my passport/travel documents and all other documents used in the college university application and general visa application procedure for their records.
11. I understand I am bound to pay the university fees within no more than 7 days from the date of visa approval.
12. I am liable to send a testimonial, my visa copy and flight details before leaving the country I have applied from.
13. I understand the class materials will be provided by after 48 hours of enrolment.
14. I understand that neither I can request a refund post 48 hours of payment, nor Meridean Overseas is bound to pay me any amount in case of my withdrawal from the services post 48 hours of enrolment.
15. I understand that I shall only be allowed to attend the classes on my class timing unless and until suggested otherwise by the instructor.
16. I can only request access to extra classes under influence of urgency which is to be decided upon by the instructor on his own discretion.
17. I waive the right to access the classes post my class period, two months or six months, whichever I have registered for.
18. If I opt to go to study overseas under Meridean Overseas free education program, I affirm that I have been notified that the scholarships are not guaranteed and Meridean Overseas is not liable to pay any amount if under any circumstances I get the denial of scholarship promised by the university.
19. Processing fee of the Meridean Overseas Education Consultants services is non refundable and I don't have the right or authority to demand refund.
20. Meridean Overseas Education Consultants is not responsible for any services once I reached abroad.
21. I can only apply to a university that I am afford to study and live in and for the same reason I am liable to provide all the true finance related information to Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
22. By signing to this form, I confirm that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and I wish to offer my case to Meridean Overseas Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
