What did you complain about?

I purchased a pair of slippers from Keesho to wear with my traditional Indian outfits. Upon receiving it after a while, I discovered the pairs I received were different from the ones I ordered, and the pair I got instead got broken just one day after I wore them.

 

Who did you complain to?

Initially, I tried raising a ticket for help. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive much help from the ticket, so I tried calling Keesho's customer care.

 

When did it happen?

This incident happened the day after Shivratri, making it an exceptionally inconvenient time for such an incident.

 

What was the result?

After speaking with Keesho's customer care, I got a prompt response the next day. The management assured me that the issue would be resolved, and I was offered replacement slippers.

 

Why were you satisfied with the result?

I appreciate their prompt and effective response. They acknowledged the difficulty and quickly resolved the matter, leaving me feeling pleased and satisfied.

 

Conclusion

Overall, the replacement slippers met my expectations, and I enjoy wearing them on many occasions.

Introduction

Well, complaining is quite common these days, and it has happened several times in my life. Complaining can vary from a bad e-commerce application’s UI to getting a defective item from a shopkeeper. Here, I am going to talk about an incident when I complained about something. 

 

What did you complain about?

I ordered a pink gown for my brother's wedding, but it arrived in poor condition—faded and with visible holes in the fabric. This drove me to register a complaint as I paid a huge amount for the gown. I filed a complaint about the low-quality gown I received for my brother's wedding.

 

Who did you complain to?

I directed my complaint to the customer service team of the online store from which I purchased the gown.

 

When did it happen?

This incident occurred shortly before my brother's wedding, and I panicked because I wanted that gown urgently. 

 

What was the result?

I was relieved to hear from the customer service representatives that they would quickly make things right. Two days later, I got a replacement gown.

 

Why were you satisfied with the result?

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick replacement of the gown, which was even more exquisite than the original and had detailed handicraft work. I was quite pleased with the result, especially due to the prompt delivery and better-quality replacement gown.

 

Conclusion

In the end, I got a good-quality replacement gown. I shared this experience with my friends, which enhanced my trust in effective customer service.

Everybody experiences dissatisfaction and complaints about something in their life now and then and finally receives satisfactory results. I recently discovered myself in a similar situation.

 

What did you complain about?

I recently ran into a problem with the shirt I bought from Nitra. It was a good fabric with a nice casual-style shirt. Regretfully, the item did not match the description I had seen online and did not look like the shirt I had anticipated.

 

Who did you complain to?

I got in touch with the brand’s customer service to fix the problem. I gave them the rundown of the circumstances and requested a solution. The customer support representatives were quite helpful and thoroughly listened to my problem before offering a solution.

 

When did it happen?

I complained shortly after receiving the shirt, which arrived in May before my office meeting, for which I had ordered it.

 

What was the result?

The customer service representative quickly replied and had an alternative ready within a few days of my complaint. I got an offer from Nitra’s customer service for a full refund for the shirt, and they apologised for the inconvenience.
