Do you fancy visiting the Madame Tussauds or have a view of London on the London eye? How about taking a tour of the Bukingham palace? Well we know that as a tourist you are on a tight schedule, but imagine having all of these as part of your backyard. Wouldn’t that be fun? If you chose to study in the UK, you don’t have to just stay and explore the city in which you study and you don’t have to be studying in London. As an international student in the UK, you can travel between city to city for as low at £10. You can be studying in Newcastle or Leeds and still be able to enjoy all of the UK. That being said, you’d have to get yourself there and to get yourself to the UK, you’d have to be granted the study visa which is the only stressful part of the visa application process. Everything else is exciting!
If you are planning to study in UK, there are three student visa options for which you can apply:
Short-term Study Visa: A short-term UK study visa is available for students who wish to take an English language course for up to 11 months.
Student Visa: It is a Tier 4 visa (General student visa) which is used by all international students who are planning to pursue their higher education in the UK. Generally, students who are enrolling for a full-time degree apply for this visa.
Child Student Visa: Children who are between the ages of 4 and 17 and want to attend an independent school in the UK are eligible for this visa. It was previously known as the Tier 4 (Child) Student Visa.
