Direct applications for this course are accepted from high school graduates. Students can apply directly by visiting the universities' official websites in Singapore.
Upon receiving the offer letter from the specific Institute of Higher Learning (IHL), the student must apply for a Singapore Student Pass. The candidate must complete eForm 16 and submit the application through SOLAR (Student's Pass On-Line Application and Registration System). The candidate must pay a registration charge of 30 SGD (1,867 INR) and an acceptance fee of 60 SGD (3,735 INR).
In order to apply for a student pass, students need to have the following documents:

4 passport size photograph
Permanent address and contact information in Singapore
