The MBA program also allows the student to understand the importance and value of teamwork. Thus, if the student comes with good work experience, then it is easier for him to understand the concepts of management. Thus, work experience gives students an advantage in MBA College and helps them to learn and participate more in the assignments given in the classroom and MBA curriculum.
Most students who dream of going to the UK to get an MBA have no work experience and therefore some counselors convince them to apply based on fake work experience. When they land there, the situation worsens for them because they are unable to carry out the curriculum and pedagogy of British universities. However, there are students who want to enter the country to live / work there. Thus, they are not opposed to showing fake work experience, which should be avoided.
Who's Fit To Do An MBA From The UK?
There are several points that every new graduate should keep in mind before applying to UK universities, which is common for most universities, but may vary depending on the situation and circumstances:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is recognized by the UK Department of Education.
GMAT scores are accepted for admission to the MBA compared to GRE scores in the UK.
IELTS scores with 6.0 - 6.5 to prove English. Indian students can also take TOEFL scores.
How to Choose an MBA College in the UK?
Thus, choosing an MBA College is a very difficult job, especially for students without work experience. On the one hand, you go with fake work experience certificates at the best universities, but you lose real training there or you go to universities that do not require work experience, but then fight for placement, especially in the UK.
However, you can always go for a master’s degree. in management courses in the UK. They are very similar to an MBA and do not require previous work experience.
A small number of students who are serious about studying choose another path. Instead of going to Universities that require a minimum of work experience with a fake certificate, they prefer to choose institutions that do not require work experience. Here are some examples of such Universities:
MBA at Universities in the UK (no previous job) - Admission Requirements
University of England Ruskin - IELTS / TOEFL scores + 60% on undergraduate
University of Bedfordshire - IELTS: 5.5 + Bachelor with 55%
University of East London - IELTS / TOEFL scores + 60% on bachelor's degree
University of Northampton - IELTS: 6.5 + 55.5% or 60% in undergraduate
University of Staffordshire - IELTS: 6.5 or 70% in grade XII + 55.5% or 60% in bachelor's degree
University of Sunderland - IELTS: 6.0 + 55% or 60% undergraduate
University of West London - IELTS: 6.0+ Bachelor's Degree
These institutions have designed their curriculum accordingly, so it is easier for students to follow the curriculum. But these universities do not provide strong support for placement and most of these students return to India to join their family business or get a job. However, there are a few students who come back and decide to work part-time to get rid of student debts quickly.
