Giving a gift is a unique way to express your love, admiration or affection for someone. This is your chance to let them know how much you value and appreciate their contribution to your life. A gift is always precious, even inexpensive, especially if given with love and affection.
I would like to give my mom a gift and the most valuable gift I could give my mum is a pair of gold bangles. She has always had a fondness for bangles, and I can imagine the joy on her face when she sees some unique, intricately designed ones.
I want to present this gift to my mum, who has always supported me. She has helped me through my good times and bad times. She has been a source of constant love and wisdom in my life and taught me much.
I want to express how deeply she is embedded in my heart and how much I cherish her. As a symbol of our bond, I want to give her something unique that will always remind her of our love. Since the bangles are as significant and beautiful as our relationship, they would make a perfect gift.
I am quite aware of the fact that gold bangles are pricey, so I must put money aside for them. I need to save money for roughly a year to get them. However, it's worthwhile because the gift is going to be unique and significant.
It's not just about the gift. It's about the joy of seeing her reaction when I present her with those bangles. I can't wait to see her face light up with happiness and love. I want my mum to think of our beautiful bond when wearing the bangles I give her.

Everyone enjoys receiving gifts. Giving gifts also symbolises our love for the receiver. Presents are typically exchanged between people in my nation on festivals, birthdays or other occasions.
I would like to give my father a valuable gift this Father’s Day. He usually receives fewer gifts than the other family members, and this time, I want to give him something that he will surely like.
I want to gift him a smartwatch that can help him track his footstep count when he goes for a walk. Also, it would allow him not to miss any important calls from his workplace, important reminders and other things.
I would like to give Dad this one because he has been thinking of buying a smart-watch for a very long time but hasn't got it yet. An amazing feature of a smart-watch is that it lets two cell phones connect simultaneously. I could also use it to keep an eye on his health, as we've been concerned about him a lot lately due to his declining health.
It is a little expensive, so it will take me some time to buy it, but I will buy the watch for him on Father’s Day.
Expressing our gratitude in our language, through the language of gifts, is a powerful way to make them feel as cherished and appreciated as they are for us. It's not just a gift; it's a heartfelt expression of our love and gratitude.

I would like to give a handmade gift or handwritten note. Handmade gifts are the best option as valuable gifts as they are made with emotion and effort. Such gifts showcase that people have put effort into them.
I would like to give it to my best friend to convey my love and admiration for her. Her birthday is around the corner and this time, I will prepare a handmade gift for her with handwritten notes.
I will prepare some handwritten notes because she likes and values handmade gifts more than other types of fancy gifts.
It is a perfect gift, and she will be so happy. She will feel the same pleasure when I give her something she likes, and I will feel unexplainable pleasure and satisfaction after I see her bewildering face when she opens the gift.
I don’t need to save for it as it would be handmade. I have all the necessary things to make the gift.
Giving a gift, whether a simple handmade gift or an expensive piece, has love and emotions attached to it. A gift is always a reminder of good wishes and a mark of a better relationship, and you feel happy to be able to give it to this person.

Question: Do you believe that the traditions of giving gifts have changed throughout time? How?
Answer: There has yet to be a significant shift in gift-giving traditions, but how presents are described is changing. Present-giving continues, although many people hire someone else to arrange their gifts. In earlier times, everything was prepared for friends and relatives by oneself.
Question: When do people often offer gifts in your country?
Answer: In India, presents are typically exchanged during festivals, anniversaries, and birthdays. On certain holidays, like Raksha Bandhan, brothers give their sisters gifts. Additionally, seniors offer gifts to younger generations during festivals like Eid, a Muslim holiday, and Diwali, a Hindu festival.
Question: Do you like giving and getting presents? Why or why not?
Answer: In response, I do take pleasure in giving and receiving gifts. Gifts are a sign of love and gratitude. They are a way to express our love, appreciation, and admiration for others. They demonstrate our concern for them and their reciprocal concern for us. I also enjoy giving gifts because I enjoy bringing joy to those around me.
Question: Which presents are you most interested in giving?
Answer: To answer that question, I would say I prefer to give valuable and practical gifts. These include clothing, shoes, jewellery, watches, and other items that someone can use later on. Additionally, I like to offer things that someone wants and enjoys because that makes them happier and more satisfied. In contrast, giving something useless or unappealing is what I dislike.
