India has many female leaders who have excelled in their lives and inspired many people around the world. Today, I want to talk about a female leader who I really admire. Her name is Smriti Irani.

Smriti Irani is an Indian politician and actress who has been prominent in Indian politics for several years. She is part of the popular Bhartiya Janta party and was a member of the parliament from 2011 to 2024. 

Smriti Irani was born in Delhi and has spent most of her life working in various parts of the country. However, she fights her elections from Amethi, a popular place in Uttar Pradesh. 

Smriti Irani has made significant contributions through her work in politics. She has served as the Minister for Women and Child Development, where she worked on improving the lives of women and children in India. She also helped implement policies for better education and health services. Besides her political work, she is known for empowering women and advocating for their rights.

I like Smriti Irani because she is a strong and determined leader. Despite facing many challenges, she has consistently worked towards making positive changes in society. Her dedication to improving education and supporting women is truly inspiring. She shows that hard work and commitment can make a real difference in people's lives.

Overall, Smriti Irani greatly influences the people of India due to her contribution to our country's growth and her protection of women's rights. 

The purpose of leadership is to have the ability to manage a problem and guide the workforce or the public. Here, I'm going to talk about a female leader I admire.

Nirmala Sitharaman is an Indian politician who currently serves as the country's Finance Minister. She has also held other important roles in the Indian government. 

Nirmala Sitharaman was born in Tamil Nadu and has worked in various parts of the country throughout her career. She has been a member of the Rajya Sabha, the Indian Parliament's upper house, since 2016, representing Karnataka after formerly representing Andhra Pradesh between 2014 and 2016. 

As the Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman manages the country’s economy and makes important financial decisions. She works on creating policies that help improve the economy and support people’s financial well-being. She has been involved in initiatives to boost economic growth, support small businesses, and ensure better financial inclusion for everyone. 

I like Nirmala Sitharaman because she is highly skilled and dedicated to her work. She has a strong background in economics and has shown great leadership in managing the country’s finances. Her ability to handle complex financial issues and make important decisions under pressure is impressive. Additionally, she works hard to ensure that economic policies benefit all segments of society, which shows her commitment to the well-being of the people.

A leader is someone who guides or commands a group of people or an organisation. Today, I would like to talk about a female leader whom I admire. Her name is Draupadi Murmu.

Draupadi Murmu is the President of India currently. She is a prominent political figure and the first person from the tribal community to hold this position. 

Draupadi Murmu is from Odisha. She was born and raised there and has been deeply involved in local and national politics.

As the President of India, Draupadi Murmu represents the country and works to uphold the Constitution. Her role involves supporting various initiatives and policies to improve people's lives, especially those from marginalised communities. In addition, she plays an active role in promoting social justice and inclusivity.

I like Draupadi Murmu because she is a symbol of progress and empowerment. Coming from a tribal background, she has overcome many challenges to reach the highest office in the country. Her journey inspires many people and shows that determination and hard work can lead to great achievements. She also represents the voice of the underprivileged and works towards developing a more inclusive society.

Overall, Draupadi Murmu is a remarkable leader whose life and work inspire many. Her dedication to serving others and her role in promoting social justice make her a leader I deeply admire.
