  • Fulfill the Conditions of the Offer Letter : Generally, after getting an offer letter, students have to satisfy two conditions, i.e., GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) and pending documents. The GTE assessment includes a Statement of Purpose and documents to prove financial resources.

  • Prove Your Financial Sources : To prove enough financial resources, the students have to show a 6-month-old bank balance, which should be equal to one year's living expenses in Australia (21041 AUD), OHSC (overseas healthcare insurance), and one year's tuition fee.

  • Get Confirmation of Enrolment from the University : After a GTE gets approved, students have to deposit the initial amount to the university and arrange for Overseas Healthcare Insurance (OHSC).

  • Receive the Ecoe : Once the university receives the initial deposit, it will release eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment) to the students within 3 to 4 days.

  • Apply for the Visa : Now, students can start their visa process as soon as they get eCOE. The Australian visa process is online. The students must attach all the documents with their visa application, including proof of enrolment (electronic COE), OSHC, Financial Statement, Color Passport attested copy, Visa SOP, Proof of English Proficiency test, and academic documents. The student visa application fee in Australia is 650 AUD, which will increase to 715 AUD on 01 July 23.

  • Complete the Visa Formalities : The HAP (Health Assessment Portal) ID will be generated as soon as you submit your visa application. Students must visit the Australian immigration-designated hospital for health check-ups with HAP ID. The medical check-up report will be directly sent to the Australian embassy. The embassy will check the student's profile and make a decision based on it. This process takes around 45 days.

  • Book Your Tickets and Departure : After your visa gets approved, you can finally book your tickets for the February intake. Make sure you book your tickets before your course starting date. Enjoy your higher education journey.
